Included option to install more than one language to use in conjunction with my "VIDA Multi-language Guide". Fails with "You got a : Define tag cannot set a null value" - Thanks to Orfeous. Reworked the guide to fix an error when trying to install VIDA on Windows 10 after KB3163018 or the "Anniversary Update" was installed prior to the VIDA install. Removed Windows 8.1 from the guide, I do not have time to test it on that platform. 64-bit part of the guide is now completely tested. 32-bit part is still not thoroughly tested, if you cannot enter anything in the Username login dialogue after following this guide, install the patch the 圆4-way.
