Resolution: Update the NVIDIA drivers on your system to the latest ones for your system.

Issue: If you are running Premiere Pro 15.2 on a Windows laptop with an NVIDIA GPU device and you have NVIDIA drivers which are out of date, you might experience instability during application launch or during your editing workflow.

Undocking the Lumetri Panel can also prevent it from shifting back to the dimmed state.

This makes the Lumetri Scopes UI update to the expected brightness level and it remains at that brightness until its panel is moved behind another panel.
